This drama tells three interconnected stories of people affected by light in different ways – A man forced to step away from work to take care of his injured mother in an apartment constantly lit by florescent billboards, the owner of a lighting shop whose products have suddenly stopped working, and a child who roams the streets stealing light bulbs.
