Cecilia Rizzuto
Cecilia Rizzuto was born in Milan in 1998. She graduated in Art History from the University of Milan and has been working as a freelance lighting and set designer for live events, advertising and films since 2019. In 2023, she began her career as a director, shooting several experimental films (Titus, Titovskji) and documentaries (¡Volare Volare!, Davide, where are you?). She will launch her short fiction film Amanti a Mano Armata, a noir set in Milan, as a calling card to create her first feature film. She collaborates with Stella Savino's Mia Film production company and Paolo Santamaria's The Factory, while curating and managing events at Chuormo APS in Rome. She loves to explore the interdisciplinarity between the various arts, always keeping up to date with the latest developments in both the historical-artistic field and in the world of entertainment and cinema.
